Seafood Salad

1/2 pound shrimp
1 pound sea legs
1 package tri-color curly pasta, cooked
celery, chopped
medium green onions, chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Cook and cool shrimp; peel.  Cut up shrimp and sea legs into bite size pieces.  Add seafood, celery, and onions to cooked pasta.  Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar until sweet-tart flavor.  Add to pasta mixture and stir.  Chill before serving.  Wonderful light lunch or dinner on a hot summer day.
