Orange Cream Fruit Salad

120-ounce canpineapple tidbits, drained
116-ounce canpeach slices, drained
111-ounce canmandarin orange segments, drained
2mediumfirm bananas, sliced
1medium apple, chopped
1packageinstant vanilla pudding
1-1/2Cupmilk
1/3Cupfrozen orange juice concentrate
3/4Cupsour cream

In a large bowl, combine fruits; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk, and orange juice for 2 minutes. Add sour cream; mix well. Spoon over fruit; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
