Prepare a 13x9 inch baking dish. Wash and remove seeds of chiles. Layer half chiles in the pan and top with half of the cheeses; repeat. Beat eggs, milk, and flour and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread tomato sauce, over top and more cheeses. Bake 15 minutes more... Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting. |
