Turkey and Rice with Spice

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 tablespoons Ginger/Garlic paste
1 tablespoons Indian chile powder
2 tablespoons coriander powder
1 tablespoon mustard seeds, ground
1 pound ground turkey
2-3 large bunches of spinach (or 9oz bag), chopped
 3 cups cooked rice
    salt to taste
Sautee onions in olive oil until brown.  Add the next 5 ingredients and cook for approximately 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.  Sprinkle with a little salt.

When turkey is done, add spinach and cook 3- 5 minutes until spinach is wilted.  Add rice and stir until heated through. Salt to taste.
