Ghoulash On the Fly!

1 pound ground buffalo meat (you may substitute lean hamburger)
1   onion, chopped
1   bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon smoky paprika
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2   teaspoon   pepper
1   teaspoon   garlic salt
1   16-oz   can of tomatoes, cut up
1   16-oz   can pureed tomatoes (or diced)
1   6-oz   can tomato sauce
4-6   cups   cooked macaroni
         
The seasonings in this recipe are not exact and merely a starting point.  You must taste and season according to your tastes.

Brown meat, onion, bell pepper, and garlic (if using hamburger, drain fat).  Add seasonings.  Add tomatoes and sauce.  Modify seasonings to taste.  Simmer for 10 minutes.  Add cooked macaroni and season one more time.
