Sweet and Spicy Peaches

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon allspice
3 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt or frozen yogurt
In a one quart microwave-safe casserole combine sugar, lime or lemon juice, vanilla, and allspice.  Add peaches.  Micro-cook, covered on 100% power (high) for 2 to 5 minutes or till the peaches are tender and heated through, stirring once.

To serve, top each serving with yogurt.  Serves 4.
